Total Tools Lansvale is looking for a Full Time Store Manager, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit an experienced retail leader, ideally within the tools industry. You will be responsible for influencing and motivating your team to provide high-quality customer service, with a belief developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. You will take full accountability for retail fundamentals, including outstanding customer service, reporting, store analytics, promotions, and merchandising standards. This will see you deliver sales targets and other KPIs, while creating a productive, and safe work environment. 

What will you be doing?

  • Developing a high-performance team, capable of delivering sales targets and KPIs
  • Lead and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets through strong leadership and execution
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards
  • Coach, develop, and motivate the team to maximise performance and engagement
  • Manage rostering, staffing levels, and team productivity
  • Oversee inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Analyse sales and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Does this sound like you?

  • Sound experience in retail sales, team development and leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team, and managing performance as required
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, within a fast-paced team environment
  • A creative approach to Visual Merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An eye for detail, with a desire to drive strong financial results
  • A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
  • Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
