Total Tools Burleigh Waters is looking for a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator, who has a real passion for retail, marketing, and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a creative and driven marketing professional, ideally with retail or multi-channel experience. You will play a key role in delivering local marketing activity that builds brand awareness, drives store traffic, and supports sales outcomes.

What will you be doing?

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Coordinate email, SMS, and database marketing campaigns
• Support in-store promotions, supplier activations, and partnerships/events
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting, calendars, and budgets

Does this sound like you?

• Experience in marketing, social media, or a similar role (retail experience highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Creative mindset with basic content creation skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital marketing platforms
