Total Tools Thebarton is looking for a Full Time Internal Sales/Quotations Specialist, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

Total Tools has an opportunity for a great candidate to join our high achieving sales team. This is a key role in which you will be working closely with the Business Development Manager & our B2B accounts team.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Business Development Manager with B2B enquires, quotes and follow ups.
• Maintain a high standard of communication with the B2B team as well as the rest of the store team.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone and in person.
• Ensure customer requests are actioned in a prompt & timely manner.
• Understand the customer needs and proactively identifying requirements.

Does this sound like you?

• A passion for outstanding customer service & A can-do attitude
• B2B sales experience essential, preferably in the tool or industrial supply sector
• Demonstrated time management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• A strong sense of urgency to finish the job & get it done right – first time.
• Advanced computer skills including MS office and a good understanding of excel.
• Pronto experience is advantageous but not essential.
• First class verbal and written communication skills. Good numeracy & literacy skills.
