Total Tools Wingfield looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant - Receiving who has a real passion for tools and the trades. This is an exciting opportunity to put your skills and experience to work within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. Previous experience in goods receiving and working with inventory systems will be highly regarded. You'll work closely with a variety of team members and customers, so excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships are essential.

What will you be doing?

• Processing sales transactions
• Providing advice and information on products
• Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
• Processing and maintaining customer orders
• Receiving and storing goods, whilst maintaining a safe working environment
• Monitoring and overseeing inventory control
• Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
• Maintaining store storage and ensuring a safe and organised warehouse

Does this sound like you?

• Previous retail and/or trade experience - you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
• Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must
• Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
• Previous receiving and warehousing experience
• Methodical and well organised
• Experience using a walkie stacker/forklift (with a current forklift license)
