Total Tools Coopers Plains is looking for a Full Time Senior Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?

  • Greet customers in store
  • Delivering advice and information on products to customers (tradies, DIYers, and everyone in between)
  • Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
  • Driving sales and actively working toward store targets
  • Processing sales transactions
  • Coaching and supporting team members on the floor
  • Managing customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups
  • Maintaining strong merchandising and stock presentation
  • Ensuring every customer leaves confident they’ve got the right solution

  • Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual

Hours of work

  • Applicant must be available to work weekdays, weekends, some public holiday work and will be required to work as standard roster as outlined below.
  • 10 Day fortnight roster – Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday (shifts to be agreed)
