Total Tools Horsham is looking for a Full Time Duty Manager, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit an experienced retail leader; you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to lead a successful store team, with a belief developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. You will have a passion for outstanding customer service while creating a productive work environment. 

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver excellent in‑store service by assisting customers, processing sales, and providing confident product advice.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures when rostered, and ensuring smooth workflow across the team.
  • Maintain high store presentation standards through accurate pricing, secure stock management, and effective merchandising aligned with layout plans.
  • Coordinate and dispatch customer special orders while ensuring all displays, stock levels, and promotional materials are maintained to standard.
  • Contribute to team capability by completing job coaching, sharing product knowledge, and participating in training provided by the business and suppliers.
  • Uphold a safe and compliant workplace by following procedures, identifying hazards, reporting security concerns, and ensuring a clean and organised environment.

  • Sound experience in retail sales, team development and leadership
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, within a fast-paced team environment
  • A creative approach to Visual Merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must
  • Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
