Total Tools Townsville is looking for a Sales Floor Supervisor who has a real passion for leading a close knit team and delivering a great retail experience. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a career-driven individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service, looking for the next step in their retail career. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships. You will lead the floor team and ensure high-level customer service for our customers.

For this Role, you will have exceptional attention to detail, meticulous follow up and superior organisational skills with a positive attitude.

What will you be doing?  

• Processing sales transactions, and actively selling products to our customers 
• Providing advice, solutions, and support to team members 
• Providing advice and information on products to our customers 
• Supporting customer queries and offering solutions 
• Drafting up customer quotes 
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store 
• Processing and maintaining customer orders 
• Opening and closing the store

Does this sound like you?  

• Experience in a Retail Customer service sales role  
• A genuine desire to deliver a high level of customer service
• A level head, calm demeanour, and good communications skills
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
• A Strong work ethic, and an ability to take direction 
• Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must 
• Experience working to and exceeding sales targets
• Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work 

Whilst Tool knowledge is not essential, someone who has a passion for tools would be advantageous for this role
