As the Retail Systems Coordinator you will support the retail systems team within the Merchandise department of the Total Tools National Support Office.

We are a close and dynamic team who is looking for someone who will bring a positive, loyal, hardworking and supportive attitude to the table. If you are driven to achieve personal and professional goals and can lead by example, this role is for you.

As a fast-moving business everyday will differ, but the key responsibilities for this role are;

  • Working with Pronto ERP Integrated system import & export pricing and central inventory data
  • Coordinating periodic scheduling & data updates
  • Managing supplier changes, including costs and product data
  • Implementing the product and pricing maintenance of all sales and promotional campaigns and ensure conversion to regular pricing structures after promotional campaign periods
  • Creation and maintenance of inventory product by uploading data
  • Assisting with Promotion and EDI support
  • Developing Excel spreadsheet to assist Category team in reviewing pricing data
  • Contribute to the provision of reliable information to the Division by preparing a wide range of ad-hoc reports, analysing and consolidating system data

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience dealing with a high volume of incoming calls & emails
  • Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Exceptional excel skill including the ability to generate pivotal excel data with formulated conditional formatting via ODBC
  • A commitment to professional self-development
  • SQL knowledge is an advantage
